Shipping Times & Rates
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. Lafonn does not ship orders to post office boxes. Lafonn is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
Standard Express Shipping Rate: $0
Please allow 2-3 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
• Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for delivery within the continental United States.
• You will receive a confirmation with an Order ID. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Next-day delivery: $30 without signature confirmation
Orders placed before 10:00 AM PT will be processed the same day for next business day delivery. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT will be processed the next business day. Please call Customer Service at 855-252-3666 if your order requires Saturday delivery. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available.
RETURNS
Lafonn offers a 30-day return policy for item(s) purchased through Lafonn.com, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection by our Returns Department before the return is processed. One return label is generated for each Order Confirmation Number. The return label is only valid for 7 days after being generated. Contact customerservice@lafonn.com if more than one return label is needed.
How to Return Your Purchase:
1. Go to the Return Requests page to complete the Return Request process.
2. Once the Lafonn Product Return Request is submitted successfully, a return label will be emailed to you within three (3) business days. The return label contains a Return Authorization (RA) Number, Lafonn’s address as the ship-to address and your address.
3. Once you receive the return label, place the item(s) in its original packaging along with all promotional material received in the original package.
4. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely.
5. Drop off your package to the nearest designated carrier facility listed on your return label.
IMPORTANT: We do not accept liability of lost packages for goods returned.
Return Conditions:
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- Item(s) must be in new condition.
- Item(s) must be returned with the hangtag intact.
- If the returned conditions are not met, item(s) will be rejected and sent back to the sender.
